About The Role
The role of Facilities general operative is a wonderful opportunity for someone to progress their career in facilities and particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. Based in West Dublin on a prestigious client site, you will be working within a large team. The working days are Monday to Friday. This is a very interesting and exciting role as no two working days are the same. The successful candidate will enjoy working across many functions and open to learning new skills as they advance their career in the facilities management industry
Job Description:
- Performing weekly health and safety inspections and reporting hazards , replenishing PPE as required
- Maintaining areas for which you are responsible for in a safe state
- Porter duties such as moving furniture, equipment, unloading deliveries, room set ups and other items.
- Assisting visiting contractors on-site and ensuring safety compliance
- Carry out routine repair work and/or building maintenance as required
- Complete all required records and documentation and ensure there are clear logs of all completed tasks
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and legislation
- Adhere to Company and Client policies and procedures
- Some General cleaning duties as required also waste removal and compacting.
- Other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time
