Your Role
As a Call Centre Agent, you will:
Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
Coordinate roadside assistance and transport services
Provide excellent customer service and support
Liaise with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations
Work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills, Strong customer service focus, Good computer and organisational skills, Ability to remain calm under pressure, Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude, Previous call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential

Pay: €28,300.00-€39,000.00 per year
