Senior Takeaway Supervisor / Duty Manager Location: Dublin 6W Salary: €36,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time SUGO Pizza & Pasta is a new takeaway fast casual dining concept serving premium pizza and pasta. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on supervisor to help run our busy takeaway and delivery operation. This is a working role for someone who can manage pressure, lead by example, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth service, efficient delivery operations, and high standards across the business. Responsibilities Lead and supervise shifts Coordinate takeaway and delivery operations Ensure orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time Support and motivate kitchen and front-of-house staff Assist with staff training and onboarding Manage opening and closing procedures Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service Help manage stock levels and daily operational tasks Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy takeaway, pizza shop, chipper, quick-service restaurant, or delivery-focused food business Experience coordinating high volumes of takeaway and delivery orders Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Reliable, hardworking, and willing to lead from the front Schedule 8-hour shifts Day shift Night shift Weekend availability Benefits Food allowance Opportunity to grow with a new and ambitious brand Career progression opportunities Application Question Please briefly describe your experience in a busy takeaway operation, including the average number of orders handled during peak periods
