As Commis, you will be expected to:
· comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies / complete HACCP records
· Accept / check store deliveries
· Manage/implement, cleanliness, stock, wastage and cost control
· Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
· Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily food preparation
· Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
· Assist chef in preparing food according to the requirements or current menu
Pay: €14.15-€16.00 per hour
