About the Role
Tillex is growing and we are looking for an Installation & Support Technician to join our team.
This role involves installing and supporting EPOS systems, integrated payment terminals, networks and hospitality technology solutions for bars, restaurants, cafés and retail businesses across Galway & The West of Ireland
Responsibilities
* Install and configure EPOS systems and payment terminals
* Set up printers, cash drawers, handheld devices and networks
* Provide onsite and remote technical support
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
* Train customers on system usage
* Ensure installations are completed to a high standard
Requirements
* Strong IT and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and customer service
* Full clean driving licence
* Experience with EPOS, hospitality tech or networking
* Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
