Part-Time Personal Assistant to Director (Dublin City Centre)
Salary: EUR 1,200 per month
Working Hours: Approximately 2.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule
Location: Dublin City Centre
Job Responsibilities:
1. Private Affairs Management:
- Handle personal logistics, errands, and lifestyle-related matters as assigned.
- Provide day-to-day support for the Chairman’s personal arrangements and schedules.
2. Business & Administrative Support:
- Manage emails, documents, meeting schedules, and correspondence.
- Liaise with external parties, service providers, and business contacts when required.
- Assist with general administrative coordination and follow-up tasks.
3. Ad-hoc Support:
- Provide flexible assistance for urgent or ad-hoc personal and business matters.
- Support occasional coordination and errands as required.
Requirements:
- Absolute discretion and professionalism are essential. Candidates must sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement, and maintaining complete confidentiality regarding the Chairman’s personal and business matters is mandatory.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Must hold a valid Irish residence permit with legal rights to work in Ireland.
- Possess a valid Irish driving licence and be confident driving in Dublin.
- Diploma qualification or above.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling tasks independently with strong problem-solving skills.
