UA Motors is seeking an enthusiastic Motor Mechanic Apprentice at any stage of their apprenticeship.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Keeping the garage clean and tidy
- Cleaning your own tools and assisting with maintaining supervisor’s tools
- Following instructions and guidance from senior mechanics
- Observing and learning to build industry knowledge and skills
- Performing minor diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Reading car manuals and following diagnostic procedures
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance using systems such as Autodata / Alldata
- Other duties depending on experience level
Key Skills
- A positive, “can-do” attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in Ireland
- Existing registration with SOLAS (if you are changing employer) or willingness to register with SOLAS as Motor Mechanics Apprentice
