On the Pigs Back Ireland is an Artisan food producer of Award Winning Pates and Terrines, as well as. a Vibrant Cafe located in St Patrick's Mill in Douglas Village.
Our production kitchen is at the back of our Cafe-Deli in Douglas, Cork.
We are recruiting a full time porter - cleaner for 5 days/week for our cafe and production unit.
The succesfull candidates will be part of our kitchen & production team, and will be required to do the wash up, and cleaning duties for the kitchen, maintaining HACCP requirements and other duties as part of a small team working for a small food company.
We are looking for an
- enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable individual, fluent in English.
- who can work under pressure, with focus and attention to details,
- with high cleaning standards and ethics,
- Experienced in food production environment required.
- interested in food and cooking a plus.
