Responsibilities:
- Lead effective semi-private strength and conditioning classes.
- Conduct individual fitness assessments and create tailored training plans.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and foster a positive community environment.
- Assist with day-to-day gym maintenance and organization.
- Help out at the reception, welcoming clients and ensuring a smooth member experience.
- Contribute to new program launches and campaigns aimed at making our gym the best place for group classes and personal training.
- Stay updated on fitness trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent).
- Experience in leading group classes, preferably in strength and conditioning.
- Positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
