As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Service Operations team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll play a central role in coordinating our field service engineers and ensuring service jobs are delivered efficiently from enquiry through to completion.
You’ll work closely with customers, engineers and internal teams to keep work moving, resolve issues and deliver an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule field service engineers.
- Manage service jobs from enquiry through to completion.
- Prepare service tickets, quotations and purchase requests.
- Support engineers with RAMS, documentation and materials.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Process service reports, job closures and invoicing documentation.
- Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance and Sales.
- Help improve service processes and scheduling efficiency.
About You
You’ll be an organised and proactive administrator or coordinator who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Service Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A strong customer service focus.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and service management or ERP systems.
Experience within engineering, automation, utilities or a field service environment would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
