Goods Inwards Checker
Reporting to: Shift Manager
Function
As part of our continued growth, we welcome applications from candidates who are self-driven, motivated and possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude to join our business as a Goods Inwards Checker This role reports to the Shift Manager. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, recording and processing incoming deliveries to ensure all goods are accurate, undamaged and correctly documented before accepted.
Entry hourly rate of €15.36

Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and unload deliveries
Verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices
Check quantities, product descriptions, batch numbers and expiry dates (where applicable)
Inspect goods for damage, defects or discrepancies and report any issues immediately
Keep the goods-in area clean, organised and free from hazards
Assist with stock counts and audits
Follow health and safety and manual handling procedures and company policies
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
An excellent team player
Own way of transport to Grange Castle, Clondalkin location
Desirable:
Knowledge of SAP
Forklift licence
Experience
Desirable:
Ambient / chill environment experience
Shift Pattern
Standard shift schedules of work are as follows:
Sunday to Thursday: 7am to 3pm
