Drive-Thru Operations Manager
The Drive-Thru Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operational flow of a high-volume drive-thru café, ensuring efficient vehicle movement, smooth service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and effective team coordination.
The role:
Coordinate and manage vehicle flow within the drive-thru system to ensure efficient service and prevent congestion
Monitor and control traffic movement during peak hours
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time
Ensure safe and organised vehicle circulation within the premises
Coordinate communication between drive-thru demand and internal operations
Customer Experience & Service Supervision
Knowledge of coffee from beginning to end of roast, making and equipment
Oversee customer service operations across drive-thru and in-store service
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Handle customer issues professionally
Support front-line operations during peak periods
Staff Coordination & Operational Support
Assist in coordinating team workflow and communication
Provide hands-on support across multiple operational roles
Support staff performance and service consistency
Manage all facility Maintenance & Operational Improvements. A level of handyman ability required.
Identify maintenance needs and coordinate minor repairs
Liaise with suppliers and contractors
Support improvements in workspace efficiency and layout
Run staff wellbeing morning fitness sessions and monthly customer fitness events
Promote a positive and collaborative workplace environment
Must haves:
1-3 years experience of traffic management and operations improvement.
Extensive knowledge of coffee from beginning to end of the process (roasting, making and sourcing).
1+ years fitness experience to run classes for our team and wider community events.
Experience with coffee equipment, repairs and maintenance.
Experience with general repairs and ability to manage on site repairs and liaise with external contractors.
Pay: €37,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
