We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead the design function on
a range of large
scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
This is a leadership role offering the opportunity to manage multidisciplinary design
teams while ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design activities from concept through construction.
- Manage and mentor electrical engineers and design teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Irish and international electrical standards.
- Review and approve technical submissions, calculations, and drawings.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Significant experience in electrical design within construction, MEP, utilities, data
centres, or industrial sectors.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and electrical standards.
- Chartered Engineer status desirable.
