About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Production Administrator to support our manufacturing operations. This role is central to ensuring smooth workflow across production, purchasing, scheduling, and documentation. You’ll work closely with management, supervisors, and production teams to keep information flowing accurately and on time.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Documentation & Orders: Processing architectural/engineering drawings, creating delivery dockets, and managing project paperwork.
- Procurement Support: Assisting with purchasing, matching invoices, and monitoring stock levels.
- Team Coordination: Liaising with the sales, design, and production teams to ensure manufacturing targets are met on time.
- System Management: Updating company databases, tracking material usage, and maintaining compliance with quality standards

Pay: €34,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
