LTTS is a world class provider of aero engine component repair services to airlines and engine overhaul shops around the world. At LTTS, we specialise in the repair of aircraft engine components for both high pressure and low pressure turbine engines. LTTS is part of the EPAR (Engine Parts & Accessories Repair) network of Lufthansa Technik. The Company was founded in 1992 and we employ over 250 people in our state of the art facility in Shannon.
All repairs are carried out in accordance with approvals of the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).
Lufthansa Technik Turbine Shannon (LTTS) is licensed by General Electric and CFMI, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) of aircraft engines, to carry out repairs in accordance with their engine shop manuals, making LTTS unique as one of a small number of companies outside of the engine manufacturers who are licensed to carry out repairs. Our expertise and focus is on the repair of turbine components contained in a wide variety of commercial aircraft engines.

Overall Responsibility
Senior Project Manager with proven experience leading cross-functional new product engineering and operational improvement projects. Skilled in driving product development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong track record of improving operational KPIs through data driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure project alignment across Engineering, EH&S, Maintenance, HR, Finance, Operations and Quality.
2. Prepare and present regular project updates, highlighting status, risks, opportunities, and recommendations. Identify and escalate critical issues, proposing corrective actions as necessary.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk registers, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery.
4. Drive operational improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and KPIs.
5. Monitor project performance and ensure effective communication to stakeholders and SLT.
6. Facilitate problem-solving, risk mitigation, and change management activities.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable LTTS gate process, quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
8. Champion Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, innovation and continuous improvement practices.
9. Lead management review upon completion of the project to verify the success of the project against the budget, product cost & schedule and record lessons learned.
10. Other tasks or duties as assigned by the Head of PMO, which may include deputising in their absence
Person Specification
Key Qualifications & Experience
➢ Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
➢ Proven experience (8+ years) in program/project management, preferably within industrial, engineering, aviation or similar regulated industry
➢ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
➢ Disciplined structure approach to defining / qualifying process stability i.e. Lean / 6 Sigma.
➢ Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
➢ PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile preferred
