Macron Sports Hub Dublin North is an official hub for Macron, one of the world's fastest-growing technical sportswear brands. Based in our busy showrooms in Baldoyle Industrial Estate, we specialise in high- performance teamwear, training kit, and custom garment decoration (embroidery, print and heat transfer). We provide professional, elite - level kits to club, schools, academies, and universities across all of Ireland.
Our showroom is the face of our business. We are looking for an energetic, driven individual to join our team, welcome clients, manage inquiries, and help us grow our teamwear presence nationwide.
The Role
This is a fully showroom and office based role, operating 5 days per week out of our Baldoyle hub. It combines face-to-face customer service with digital account administration, stock management (hands on) and online order fulfillment.
Day to day responsibilities
Order administration - process inquires via phone,email and social media from clients across Ireland.
Production Liaison - Work directly with our in-house sales and production teams to ensure sponsor logos, crests and personalisation are correctly coordinated.
Sales assistance - assist the sales team with the design of club quotes and brochures using in-house software
Stock administration - Physically match stock to relevant orders
What we are looking for
Experience- somebody with a track record in sales administration or similar role
Excellent communicator - confident and professional when dealing with clients in person and over the phone or by email
Highly organised - garment decoration requires incredible attention to detail. You must accurately track sizing grids, order quantities, and custom artwork approvals.
Tech Savvy - Comfortable managing emails, digital catalogues, and order management systems (spreadsheets etc).
"Nice to haves"- Experience with Vector graphics or Xero accounting software would be an advantage
