We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable full-time Barista to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of our customers' experience. From preparing consistently excellent coffee to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, you'll help ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
We're looking for someone who treats our coffee shop with the same care, pride and attention they would if it were their own. Someone who notices the little details, is passionate about quality, enjoys making people's day and wants to play an important role in our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare consistently excellent coffee and beverages.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer.
- Welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Operate the till and process customer transactions accurately.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Restock products and supplies throughout the day.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Support your colleagues to ensure the coffee shop runs smoothly.
- Help create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to return.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a coffee shop or hospitality environment.
- Can confidently prepare espresso-based coffee & has a love for latte art.
- Is friendly, positive and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Is reliable, trustworthy and highly organised.
- Can work independently and use their own initiative.
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards and consistently delivering quality.
- Wants to be part of a growing independent Irish business.
