With 91 bedrooms, many boasting stunning bay views, and a reputation as one of Wicklow’s leading hospitality destinations for dining, weddings, and events, we are currently seeking experienced and professional Food & Beverage Assistants to join our service team.
Our hotel offers excellent dining experiences across The Pottery Restaurant and The Ferrybank Lounge, as well as extensive leisure facilities at the Bay Health & Leisure Club, making it a lively and rewarding place to work.
The Role
We are looking for reliable, mature, and experienced F&B professionals who can deliver warm, efficient, and attentive service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in excellent service, and thrives in a busy hotel environment.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel, or restaurant.
- A mature, professional, and dependable approach to work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong understanding of food & beverage service standards
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, days, evenings and weekends
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A polished and professional presentation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service
- Ensure restaurant and lounge areas are clean, organised, and welcoming
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
- Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions
- Support team members during busy service periods
- Assist with set-up and clearing of dining areas and events
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment
