With our established Letterkenny location and a second new site now opening as part of our continued expansion, we are seeking dedicated professionals who value high standards, teamwork, and outstanding client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist with appointments, and provide expert guidance on nail treatments.
- Digital & Administrative Support: Manage bookings, client notes, and daily tasks include check-in, check-out clients and handling accurate payments.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently coordinate bookings ensuring smooth scheduling and client satisfaction.
- Salon Operations Support: Maintain an organized reception area, assist with product inventory, and provide support to the team in maintaining a clean and well-prepared workspace.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Assist and tailor treatments to client needs and services available - offer personalized recommendations, and ensure seamless navigation between services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with nail technicians and management to uphold quality service standards and create a welcoming salon environment.
- Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist in creating and posting content on the salon’s social media platforms. Help promote new services, offers, and seasonal campaigns to enhance online visibility and client engagement. Maintain consistent branding and respond to basic online enquiries or comments when required.
Require Experiences:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or salon environment.
- Strong knowledge of salon nail services.
- Familiarity with online booking system and general salon customer service protocols. Training provided however previous experience with Fresha booking system is a PLUS.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and app applications for well‑presented graphic design, posts to support salon marketing materials.
