Eco Horizon is expanding, and we are looking for a high-calibre Solar PV Roofer who takes real pride in their work and wants to grow into a team leadership role.
This is not a volume-driven role — we are focused on precision, quality, and long-term performance. Every install represents our reputation.
The Role
You will be responsible for the installation of Solar PV systems on residential and commercial rooftops, working to the highest industry standards.
For the right person, this role will quickly progress into leading your own crew, managing installs, and setting the standard for others.

- Proven roofing experience (solar PV experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong attention to detail — you don’t cut corners
- Confidence working at heights and on various roof types
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
- Strong work ethic and reliability

What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing Solar PV systems to a high technical and aesthetic standard
- Ensuring all work is watertight, safe, and built to last
- Working closely with electricians and the wider install team
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional site
- Contributing to continuous improvement of install processes
