Customer Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support and marketing. You will work closely with customers, support the sales team, and assist with promoting the business across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
- Processing orders and quotations
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting sales and business development activities
- Assisting with social media management and marketing campaigns
- Promoting special offers, new products and company updates
- Maintaining accurate customer records and databases
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using social media and digital platforms such as Canva, Google Workspace and Meta Business Suite
- Previous experience in motor trade, customer service, sales, marketing, or administration is desirable
Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
