We are looking for a dynamic, reliable and skilled Corporate Chef / Cook to join our onsite Restaurant team.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to inhouse corporate staff and visitors.
This is a daytime role, Monday to Friday of approximately 35 hours per week.
A standard week is generally 8am to 3pm. There may be occasional corporate functions or events outside of these hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Daily Menus
- Cooking meals on schedule
- Managing inventory of food supplies
- Ensuring full compliance with HACCP and Health & Safety Regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP practices
- Highly competent in both Irish and European Cuisine
- Strong Customer service and communication
- Must be friendly, reliable and customer focused
- Flexible and adaptable
Salary Negotiable
