Kilronan Castle Estate & Spa are looking for a motivated and professional Leisure Attendant to join our team and help deliver outstanding service across all aspects of our leisure operations.
As a Leisure Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our guests. This is a varied role that includes lifeguarding, fitness guidance, housekeeping and front-of-house duties. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Welcome guests, manage bookings, and provide information about facilities and services.
- Hygiene Duties: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the pool, changing rooms, and leisure areas.
- Pool Lifeguarding: Ensure the safety of all guests using the pool facilities.
- Fitness Instruction: Provide guidance to guests in the gym area.
- Sales & Stock Management: Support sales of leisure and spa services, manage stock, and maintain inventory levels.
- Pool Plant Operation: Monitor and assist in the operation of pool plant equipment (preferred).
Requirements:
- Essential: Pool Lifeguard qualification and experience.
- Preferred: Swim teaching and fitness instruction experience, as well as pool plant operation knowledge.
- Previous experience in front-of-house/reception duties is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A flexible, team-oriented, and proactive attitude.

Pay: €14.15-€15.15 per hour
