Site Manager – Cork
eir business talent is currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for major build-to-long-term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value commercial, industrial, residential, fit-out, and refurbishment projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and driving successful project delivery across all phases of construction.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ site management experience within construction
- Strong experience across commercial, industrial, residential, fit-out, or refurbishment projects
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and programme delivery
- Strong understanding of health & safety, quality control, and site operations
- Experience coordinating finishing trades and sequencing works effectively
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Strong focus on quality, productivity, and delivery standards
- Ability to manage labour, plant, and site resources efficiently
