We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at one of our hotels within the iNUA Collection group. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting exquisite cocktails, providing personalised service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our beverage program.
Responsibilities:
Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, and offer recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
Cleanliness and Organisation: Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including proper storage of ingredients, glassware, and equipment, in accordance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment, preferably within a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and build rapport.
