Health & Safety Advisor (civil, utilities etc)

We are working with a leading civil and utilities contractor to recruit for their new Health & Safety Advisor to support projects across the Dublin area.
Reporting into management and working within a well-structured health & safety team you will;
- Plan and delivery health & safety training to employees
- Implementing company health, safety & environmental policy & procedures
- Safety inspections and audits
- Supporting and assisting with health & safety KPIs
- Monitor and enforce the implementation of Health & Safety Management System.
- Identify site specific hazards and ensure they are addressed in the site documentation and in a practical manner on the site
What we are looking for…
- Health & Safety experience gained within a civils, utilities or similar
- Full clean driving license
- 3rd level qualification in health & safety is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Ability to manage risk and implement control measures
- Able to work and build strong relationships with contractors from various backgrounds and trades
