We specialise in retrofitting and high-quality renovation projects, with a strong focus on energy-efficient and sustainable building solutions, including heat pump systems and underfloor heating installations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work across retrofitting of residential projects and renovation/refurbishment schemes, playing a key role in delivering first-fix and second-fix plumbing installations to a high standard. A working knowledge of renewable heating systems and underfloor heating is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out first-fix and second-fix plumbing installations on residential and renovation projects
- Install, commission, and maintain heat pump systems and associated pipework in line with manufacturer specifications
- Install and test underfloor heating systems (wet/hydronic), including manifold assembly and pressure testing
- Run pipework for hot and cold-water supplies, waste, soil, and drainage systems
- Work from architectural drawings, specifications, and site instructions
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Irish Building Regulations and relevant standards (e.g. IS EN, SR 50)
- Liaise with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to coordinate installation sequences with other trades
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area at all times
- Complete relevant paperwork, including commissioning records and handover documentation
- Identify and report any defects, variations, or site issues promptly
Qualifications & Experience
- Fully qualified plumber — trade apprenticeship completed (SOLAS/FETAC or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential plumbing
- Proven experience with heat pump installations (air-to-water preferred)
- Experience installing and commissioning underfloor heating systems
- Valid Safe Pass card (essential)
- Manual Handling certificate (desirable)
- Abrasive wheels training (desirable)
- Full clean driving licence (essential)
Skills & Attributes

Pay: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
