Specific Purpose Full-Time, 39 hours per week
Location: Navan Adult Residential Service, Navan. Co. Meath
About the Role:
To facilitate a service user focused service to adults with varying disabilities & complex health needs that include, Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder
What We’re Looking For:
- Training in responses to behavior that challenges and medication management.
- Minimum of QQI Level 5 in Social Care, or equivalent
- Work Experience not essential but would be an advantage
- Skills and knowledge in the areas of Autism, Intellectual, Disability, and Mental Health
- Full Driving Licence Required

Your Responsibilities:
- Promote and actively involved in teamwork, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the service user.
- Facilitate and implement a person centered service appropriate to the needs, wishes and requirements of service users.
- Provide personal assistance in all aspects of personal care and manual handling, ensuring comfort and hygiene of service users and adhering to safe practice at all times.
If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland

We offer a competitive starting salary of €30,942.78 to €35,277.12 per annum (Points 1–5 of the salary scale), with placement based on your qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
Our salary scale consists of 12 incremental points, providing clear opportunities for annual salary progression, with earnings increasing each year up to a maximum of €42,873.29 per annum.
