Warehouse Operative - Full Time
Description of the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Seasonal position based in
Avoca Central Stores, Rathnew, Co. Wicklow.
This is a fulltime seasonal position with an immediate start, with an end date of January 2nd 2026.
Working 40hrs, Shift 5 over 7
Responsibilities

Stock control through use of the EPOS system.

Picking orders through use of our replenishment system.

Packing and processing of orders.

Working within a team to ensure dispatch is running efficiently.

Processing orders from an end-to-end process.

Ad-hoc duties as determined by the Manager.

Goods inwards and Outwards.

Loading and unloading of vans.
Requirements
-
Experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in a physically demanding environment

Excellent Timekeeping
- Effective teamwork and communication skills is essential

Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is a distinct advantage

Communicate effectively with team members.
-
Experience working with wireless handhelds devices in a warehouse environment.
-
2 years + of working in a similar role.
- Manual Handling

Good attention to detail, accuracy and adhering to Avoca's high standard of service.

Excellent timekeeping
-
Experience in cycle counting and full stock takes.

Goods inwards & outwards experience

Meridian Epos Knowledge preferable
