About the Company
Our client is a well-established manufacturing business operating a high-volume production facility in County Waterford.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Maintenance Manager function across the site, ensuring efficient planned and preventative maintenance.
- Manage and develop the engineering team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Minimise downtime through rapid response to breakdowns and proactive maintenance strategies.
- Oversee engineering projects, contractors, CAPEX activities, and spare parts management.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and food production standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Management role.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification or trade background.
- Experience managing engineering teams within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Good IT and maintenance systems knowledge.
