We are currently seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our management team.
The Role
As Duty Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth coordination across all departments. You will act as a key point of contact for both guests and staff, maintaining high standards and supporting the management team.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support all hotel departments during shifts

Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest queries or complaints professionally

Assist in staff management, training, and performance monitoring
-
Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance with hotel policies
-
Support reception, food & beverage, and events operations as required
-
Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting
-
Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of senior management
Requirements
-
Previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel or hospitality environment

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS) is an advantage
-
A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
