We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive growth within our reseller and integrator network.
The Role
This is a business-to-business sales position focused exclusively on the trade market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with AV integrators, IT resellers, electrical contractors and technology partners, helping them specify and deliver AV projects using AVTS products and solutions.
The role will have a particular focus on Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs), meeting room technology and digital signage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with AV integrators and reseller partners throughout Ireland.
- Identify new trade partners and grow the AVTS reseller network.
- Promote Interactive Flat Panel Displays, digital signage and meeting room solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for trade customers.
- Assist partners with project design, product selection and quotations.
- Work alongside manufacturer partners to generate sales opportunities.
- Deliver sales presentations.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM management.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
Desirable Experience
- Experience selling through channel partners or distribution.
- Knowledge of Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs).
- Experience within AV, IT, UC, Networking or Technology Distribution.
- Existing relationships with AV integrators, IT resellers, MSPs, electrical contractors, consultants or technology resellers would be a distinct advantage.

Salary depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
