Position Description
The role of the Stations Supervisor includes responsibility for delivery of HV stations construction, maintenance and fault work as assigned in the areas of Project Delivery. All of this work to be done to time, quality and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
Planning and prioritising of works for the delivery of annual work programmes
Management and safe delivery of work programme for the specified geographical area, including CAPEX programs, OPEX programs and fault response works.
Ensure that all team members are scheduled in the most efficient manner possible.
Ensure that direct reports complete all work safely, on time and to standard.
Carry out quality and safety audits as per agreed audit schedule and give feedback on performance to staff.
Lead and develop the team
Managing stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
Ad-hoc tasks & relevant KPI’s assigned by Project Leader, HV Stations.
Experience and Qualifications
Advanced Level 6 Electrical Craft Certificate/A suitable Level 7 or higher qualification in Electrical, Electrical Services, Electronics, Mechanical or other suitable alternative qualification with a sizeable electrical theory content
Knowledge in ESB work practice approvals & certifications
Knowledge of high voltage network assets and standards
Project Management experience
Understands and applies the relevant Quality Management Standards
Demonstrates knowledge of ESB Networks Safety Rules
5+ relevant years’ experience

Salary
€55,000 to €70,000 per annum
