We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our growing team. Whether you already have kitchen experience or are looking to build a career in hospitality, we will provide training and support to help you develop.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn professional kitchen skills in an award-winning restaurant known for quality, consistency and teamwork.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with daily food preparation
- Prepare vegetables, herbs, sauces and ingredients
- Follow recipes and kitchen preparation lists
- Keep all workstations clean and organised
- Wash and sanitise kitchen equipment and utensils
- Receive and store deliveries correctly
- Rotate stock using FIFO principles
- Maintain high food safety and HACCP standards
- Assist during busy service periods
- Help with opening and closing kitchen duties

Essential Requirements
- Legally entitled to work in Ireland
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to stand for long periods and perform manual kitchen tasks
Pay: €14.15-€15.30 per hour

- Blackrock, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
