Job Title: Hygiene Cleaner Operative
Company: Bidvest Noonan
Location: Naas, Co. Kildare
Working hours: Monday to Friday
To provide a high-quality industrial cleaning service within a factory environment, ensuring all areas are maintained to strict hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily cleaning tasks across factory and production areas
- Clean machinery, floors, workspaces, and communal areas to a high standard
- Follow all health & safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with company guidelines
- Dispose of waste in line with environmental and site regulations
- Report any hazards, damages, or maintenance issues promptly
- Work efficiently as part of a team and independently when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an industrial or factory cleaning role is desirable
- Manual handling experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Additional Requirements
- Must have own transport due to location and shift times
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible attitude
- Ability to work Monday to Friday as required
