Position Overview:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused temporary Full Time Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and a passion for engaging with customers to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Engage confidently with customers to drive sales and promote our products.
- Work towards and exceed sales targets by using effective selling techniques.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience is an advantage (retail, hospitality, or food industry preferred).
- Experience working with sales targets and a results-driven mindset.
- Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and engaging with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
