Operations Manager
Youll be at the heart of our office operations, supporting our warehouse and sales teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your role will include:
- Managing customer communications and processing orders
- Coordinating logistics, dispatch paperwork, and hauliers
- Supporting sales teams with quotes, reports, and admin
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with replenishment
- Handling import/export documentation and DAFM returns
- Updating systems, portals, and price lists
- Assisting with audits, complaints, and rebate administration
- Driving improvements and identifying opportunities for change

Leaving Certificate with ordinary level maths

A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role

Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with technology and software systems

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and take initiative

A qualification in business, sales support, or management

Familiarity with Navision or ERP systems

Bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
