We have the largest Salesforce in Ireland with over 90 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics.
Your Mission!
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded and commercially curious individual to join the Sales Operations team. The role will support key functions across pricing, customer management, and sales performance, contributing to the effective execution of sales processes and data-driven decision-making.
The successful candidate will develop strong analytical, organisational, and commercial skills within a structured and supportive environment. This position is ideally suited to an early-career professional or graduate looking to build experience in sales operations within a fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing & Commercial Support

Support pricing analysis and reporting to assist in achieving commercial objectives and profitability targets.

Assist in maintaining pricing data and governance processes.

Provide analytical insights to support decision-making.
2. Customer Management & Data Quality
-
Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

Assist in maintaining accurate customer data, segmentation, and reporting.

Contribute to customer development activities and service improvements.
3. Sales Performance & Reporting
-
Produce regular sales performance reports and dashboards.

Assist in monitoring sales targets and tracking performance against plans.

Support data collection, analysis, and interpretation to provide actionable insights.
4. Sales Operations & Process Support

Support the administration of sales incentive schemes and compensation processes.

Assist in territory planning and data preparation for optimisation exercises.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and systems.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

A strong interest in commercial data, analysis, and business performance.

Experience in a business, sales support, or analytical role (graduate applications welcome) desirable

Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

A customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn about sales processes.

Proficiency in Excel and an interest in CRM/ERP or Business Intelligence tools.

A degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing or a related discipline is desirable.
