Sales Support Administrator
We require a Sales Support Administrator, a key role in driving the continued growth and success of the business. Reporting to the operations manager the successful candidate will join a small pivotal team tasked with ensuring Klass Solar have the best-in-class sales support efficiencies to help drive further growth and the enhance customer experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
This person will be a self-starter who is keen to grow their skill sets and experience within a dynamic sales team. The responsibilities of the role are as follow:
- Support our wider sales team with day-to-day administrative duties
- Phone & Email support for all inbound customer queries
- Book site surveys for sales
- Generating quotes
- Processing Orders
- Update product price files and Stay up to date with new products and features
- Assist at exhibitions and company run events
- Liaise with Technical team to ensure all required Documents are in place and filed.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a Sales/Administrative Environment.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office and ERP System experience(Not Essential)
- Highly organised, energetic, enthusiastic person with attention to detail when performing tasks with good communication skills.
