HalloweenHQ is Ireland's leading Halloween retailer, operating seasonal pop-up stores across the country each year. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven Seasonal District Manager to oversee our stores across the West Coast region, including Galway, Limerick and Cork.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple stores and teams to deliver exceptional results.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and support Store Managers across your region.
- Drive sales performance and ensure stores achieve company standards.
- Monitor standards of customer service, merchandising and operational excellence.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of seasonal teams.
- Conduct regular store visits, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Ensure company policies, health & safety and operational procedures are consistently followed.
- Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Be hands-on during key operational periods, including supporting store builds, merchandising, relocations and store closures at the end of the season.
- Act as the key link between Head Office and your stores throughout the Halloween season.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Retail Manager.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A hands-on approach with a willingness to travel regularly and support stores wherever needed.
- Full, clean driving licence (essential).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal retail environment.
- Ideally based in Limerick to allow easy travel across the region.
