What you’ll be doing
- Supporting our Sales Team with customer orders, queries and opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with an established customer base.
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries and seeing them through to completion.
- Processing orders for key Window & Door Manufacturing customers.
- Handling customer complaints professionally and making sure issues are resolved.
- Working closely with Sales, Warehouse and Inventory to deliver a great customer experience.
- Providing feedback and ideas to improve how we work.
- Helping customers by phone and email.
- General office administration and other duties as required.
- Occasionally supporting our Retail Shop and serving trade customers.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone who is bright, motivated, organised and keen to learn.
You’ll ideally have:
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- A genuine interest in customers and their needs.
- The ability to take responsibility and work without constant supervision.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good Excel and Word skills.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn products quickly.
- Previous customer relationship or sales support experience is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP Business One or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Construction industry experience is an advantage, but not essential.
