Rye River Café, located in the heart of Kilcock, Co. Kildare, is seeking an experienced full time front of house person with barista experience to join our team. This position is not suitable for someone returning to education in September. If you’re passionate about specialty coffee and thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments, this opportunity is for you!
What We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience that can consistently deliver high-quality, exceptional service. You’ll be contributing to our reputation for excellent service. This position is strictly reserved for someone with experience and full time daytome availability.
Key Requirements:
- Specialty coffee experience is a bonus
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. This is a fast paced position that requires energy and focus but offers great rewards.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and staff alike.
Training & Support:
To ensure all our staff meet our high standards, we provide comprehensive training upon hiring. This includes refining your skills, education on our equipment and learning our specific techniques to guarantee consistency and quality.
