Promotional Staff – Galway City
Great Escape Rooms is looking for friendly, energetic and confident promotional staff to help spread the word about our escape room experiences on the streets of Galway City.
This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working outdoors and creating a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Great Escape Rooms to locals, tourists and visitors around Galway City
- Speak confidently with members of the public and explain our games and offers
- Encourage people to book an escape room experience
- Answer basic questions about our locations, room themes, prices and group sizes
- Represent the business in a friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner
- Work in busy areas of the city and approach potential customers respectfully
- Report customer feedback and promotional results to management
What We Are Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing and approachable personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence speaking to members of the public
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and plenty of energy
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing or walking for extended periods
- Good knowledge of Galway City is an advantage
- Previous experience in promotions, sales, hospitality, tourism or customer service is helpful but not essential
Working Hours
This is a flexible, part-time position. Hours may include weekdays, weekends and busy tourist periods. Shifts will depend on business needs, local events and weather conditions.
