Who we are looking for
You are a commercially sharp, hands-on operations leader who has made organisations work better. You understand the difference between strategy and execution, and you have the credibility and drive to hold people to account without burning them. You are the kind of person who sees a gap in a process and fills it. You are as comfortable in a divisional review meeting as you are updating a project tracker at 7am.
What you will actually do
You will evolve and maintain the OmniPro Operating System across all group companies — ensuring that strategy becomes execution, priorities get delivered, and operational discipline is embedded at every level. You will run the weekly leadership rhythm, own the quarterly priority framework, and hold the organisation accountable for its commitments.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Design, implement and continuously evolve the OmniPro Operating System across all divisions
- Run the weekly leadership execution meeting and own the group project tracker and priority dashboard
- Set and track quarterly priorities with the CEO and ensure divisional alignment
- Drive complete SOP documentation across all core processes (target: 100% coverage within 6 months)
- Monitor project delivery, deadlines and follow-through across division leaders
- Manage and develop the Divisional Head of Operations
- Partner with the Finance & Operations Director on divisional performance reviews
- Lead the transition from a founder-dependent business to a system-driven enterprise
Your execution rhythm will look like this:
Daily
- Project tracking & task follow-ups
- Operational issue resolution
- Division leader check-ins
Weekly
- Leadership execution meeting
- Group project tracker update
- Divisional performance review
Monthly
- Operational performance review
- SOP progress review
- Quarterly mid-point assessment
Quarterly
- Set priorities with CEO
- Division leader performance reviews
