Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 10 years of construction experience
Safepass & Manual Handling
Full Valid Drivers Licence
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out snagging works on completed residential and commercial projects before client handover.
- Completing general carpentry, tiling, etc
- Repairing minor defects i.e., damaged walls, flooring, tiles, paintwork, etc.
- Inspect completed work & carry out any needed snags.
- carrying out small maintenance & handyman jobs across our sites when needed.
- use of power tools
- Must have own tools.
