Precision Klima Services, a busy Facilities Management Company specialising in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning in the commercial market are seeking a Book-keeper / Office Administrator to join our Team.
This role is ideal for someone who can take initiative and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Company Management and Engineers on the road, supporting day to day operations across administration, finance and general office management. The candidate will ensure accurate financial record keeping and be able to provide timely financial information to the Management
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
2 – 3 years proven experience in an administrative and book-keeping office management role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, powerpoint and outlook)
2 – 3 years proven experience in book-keeping, accounting or a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 50)
Manage and maintain accurate company records, files and databases
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 50 accounting software
Complete Bank reconciliations
Prepare and file Revenue returns
Prepare and process supplier payments
Management of financial administration to Trial balance stage, including order / invoicing processing
Support external Accountants with required documentation for year end reports
Monitor cash flow and track company expenditure
Creation and logging of calls and dispatching calls to Engineers on AFS platform
Enter data into company systems and spreadsheets
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal English
Excellent communication and time management skills
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, phone, mail)
