- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- 2 years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations.
- Experience in human performance improvement.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing global programs and policy development within a technical environment.
- Track record of designing and delivering technical training programs to large audiences.
- Public speaking skills and enthusiasm for teaching/leading multi-day training events.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Denmark: kr.820000 - kr.840000 (DKK) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Finland: €78000 - €79500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Ireland: €94000 - €96000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Netherlands: €102000 - €104000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Manage and evolve the global critical work process program and policy, ensuring alignment across all equipment domains including electrical, mechanical, and controls.
- Field and prioritize program bugs, driving the development of tools and processes that optimize critical work execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula, including instructor-led materials and Learning Management System (LMS) modules.
- Coordinate and manage regional trainers to deliver training sessions to the global fleet, ensuring consistent adoption of program standards.
- Travel approximately 40% of the time to support fleet operations, conduct site reviews, and facilitate multi-day training events.
