As part of this next phase, we are looking for a Kitchens Studio Lead to help lead and shape our kitchen category. Working with premium partners including Gamadecor and the Porcelanosa Group, you will create inspiring customer journeys that combine design, functionality and exceptional experiences.
This is an opportunity to help shape and grow a category with significant potential. The Role As Kitchens Studio Lead, you will take ownership of the commercial and operational performance of the Kitchen Studio while creating a customer experience that reflects the standards we set ourselves.
You will:
- Lead customers from inspiration and design concepts through to completed projects
- Drive sales growth and improve conversion across the kitchen category
- Lead, mentor and support the design team
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Improve customer journeys and operational processes
- Champion design excellence and showroom standards
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial instinct.
You'll likely bring:
- Experience in kitchens, interiors, premium retail or a design-led environment
- Strong customer consultation and relationship skills
- An eye for design and presentation
- Experience leading or mentoring others
- Organisational skills and familiarity with design software
