As we continue to grow, we are seeking to hire a Content Acquisition Executive.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Content Acquisition Team Lead, the Candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Take ownership of multiple airline clients’ Inflight Entertainment (IFE) offerings by curating and tailoring multimedia content, such as Hollywood and International films, TV shows, publications, and games, based on each client’s unique preferences and requirements.
Support the Account Management team with presentation of content proposals for selection.
Conduct thorough research projects for both existing and potential new clients, proactively proposing relevant and engaging content that enhances the onboard passenger experience.
Manage cost negotiations with distributors.
Send timely and accurate purchase orders to distributors.
Liaise with a global network of distributors to manage various content-related matters, including rights confirmation, asset availability, and overall content coordination.
Support the management of the annual buying plan by ensuring it is accurate, regularly monitored, and updated, while also tracking all content deals to ensure alignment with forecasts and contractual obligations.
Work closely with multiple departments, including Supply Chain, Metadata and Account Management, to ensure the timely and accurate acquisition of content files, support metadata accuracy, and uphold quality standards.
Assist in creating, optimising and updating databases.
Screen content in accordance with airlines’ requirements, and create edit lists.
Support the Content Acquisition Team Lead with department related tasks.
Training will be provided on all of the above.
The Candidate

Capable of quickly learning new systems and processes, with a proactive mindset towards automation and innovation to improve existing and new workflows.
Effectively manage projects to ensure timely delivery, cross-departmental coordination, and continuous improvement of content and process workflows.
Advanced working expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as in Content Management Systems.
Well informed and has a good knowledge and interest of current Movie and TV content – Hollywood and International.
Aptitude for and interest in research.
Proactive problem solver with a proven ability to think critically and consistently deliver on commitments.
Good team player who is prepared to make an extra effort to help their colleagues.
Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in Ireland, as visa sponsorship is not available.
