About the Role
We are seeking a creative, motivated, and experienced Stylist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, forward-thinking salon that values innovation and individuality.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding hair cutting, colouring, and styling services
- Provide professional consultations to clients with attention to their personal style and needs
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in the salon
- Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Promote salon products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and communication
- Support junior team members and assist with their ongoing training where appropriate

Schedule
- 6–10 hour shifts

What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified stylist with 2+ years’ experience (preferred)
- Passion for hair, fashion, and sustainable beauty
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Ability to commute or relocate to Palmerstown, Dublin
